I am having a bit of a problem knowing which drafts of the documents are current. I have made some suggestions and changes that don’t show up on documents with later dates.

Someone combined all of the sections into one document called “Draft of Paper.” I think it may premature and unwieldy to put these together, yet. It might be easier to keep the Intro, Lit review, etc. in separate documents until they are completed.

Could someone let me know what the strategy is that you all are using to modify drafts of documents?

Hi Samantha,

I can’t seem to save the document from google docs to my computer to make changes as any file.

So, I guess I’l just make changes on the google docs itself…just don’t too may versions of the same document floating around that are difficult to incorporate later.

Wondering if anyone had the same problem…lemme know if you have suggestions.

We forgot to mentioned that a total of 1,786 were single session cases and were eliminated. Without these cases there are a total of 2,883. I believe Mary will import both sets of data in SPSS separately to see if there is a difference in the results regarding our hypothesis. Whew, we made sure this time the data was saved correctly.

Due dates are getting close. How about if I let all of you decide how best to use the class time tomorrow to work on your collaborative and research projects. I will plan to be in my office during class time for consultation if need be.

Due to its size, I’m going to post the preliminary results document on google docs. Keep in mind these are preliminary as there is still a little bit of data cleanup to do.
Turns out the formatting gets messed up and makes it impossible to read when I upoad it to google docs, so I will bring some printouts to class tomorrow and/or bring it on a flash drive so we can all see it onscreen.

I’ll run the data again without the single-sessions– there are alot of those, so it will be interesting to see if/how that changes the results. I will email all the specific results (including some descriptives such as range, median, etc.) to Shannon to post on the WIKI so everyone can see them. There may still need to be some more cleanupe of cases that include multiple presenting problems with breaks in between, so these should still be considered preliminary results.

Hey, I added some extra due dates for the wiki to post reactions and visual charts, graphs or whatever else is needed, after getting the info from documents and other class members. The wiki group will take care of making sure this data is posted in a viewer friendly manner
